Portland is such a tease. I look out the window and think "oh, it's sunny today! Perfect time for holo!" and while I'm painting my nails it starts raining. At least it's not cold...
For this manicure I used OPI Race Red and Color Club Harp On It. The stamping plate I used was Konad m64. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to stamp with Race Red - I don't normally think of OPI as a stamping polish.
You can see some of the holo here (lighting from my kitchen) but unfortunately the sun never came back for me to get a better shot.

High Contrast
Another quick post here. I haven't done a whole lot of stamping lately and I thought it was time to dust off the stamping plates.
This is four coats of China Glaze White Cap for the base with M.A.S.H. plate m64 stamped on top using Sally Hansen Black Out. I'm really liking the strong contrast between White Cap and Black Out. I do wish I had less visible nail line going on. I think next time I'd sponge my tips with a strong color then apply a final coat of White Cap on top to make it appear more blended. Or maybe I should just use a thin white base coat.

An Updated Look
There is no better way to extend the life of a manicure than to stamp a pretty design over it. That's what I did to my Sinful Colors Savage manicure - stamped M.A.S.H. plate m64 on top of it using Konad Special Polish in Black.
Yeesh, I thought I put on plenty of cuticle moisturizer before I took this photo, apparently not. Sorry about that.
